Only four runners took part in the Self-transcendence 2 mile Tjarnarhlaup last Tuesday, September 28

  Icelandic version

Wind and cold left its mark on the weekly Self-transcendence 2 mile Tjarnarhlaup race last Tuesday, as only four runners felt up to the task.  In the end, only three managed to complete the race.

Many of the regular runners stayed at home with the intention of making a stronger input next time.

This, in turn, meant that Andrés Ramón had no trouble winning at the time of 11:56.

Results (1-mile splits in brackets):
  1. Andrés Ramón 11:56 (5:48)
  2. Davíð Sigurgeirsson 14:30 (6:45)
  3. Rúnar Páll Gígja 15:17 (7:21)
  4. Simmi (7:22)
